Throughout the year I host about a dozen different running classes at various locations around town, all of which are geared towards the beginner runner. I, along with my instructors, will teach you the fundamentals of running, breathing, nutrition, strength training and choosing the right type of running apparel. I’m constantly adding and updating the class schedule, so be sure to check back often.

Private Running Classes
Private classes are available for groups of 10 or more. I, or one of my instructors will design a plan based on the group’s goal, and coach the team to the finish line.
8 week, 2 day/week, 5K Training – $150 per person
14-16 week Half-Marathon Training – $200 per person

Individual Running Programs
Individual running plans are also available upon request. We’ll discuss your running goals, history, current fitness level and answer any questions you might have. From there we’ll create a personalized training plan designed around your goal event. You can choose from one of the packages below or create your own. For more custom plan there is a $50 assessment and $20/month training fee for each month of the plan.
